No Refunds Policy
Basium AI operates as a digital enterprise service. As such, we do not offer refunds for any subscriptions, credits, or add-ons once purchased. All sales are final.
Credits
Credits pay for AI replies, voice-call minutes and extra phone numbers on Basium (1 credit = ₹1 on the Indian price list, or US$0.01 on the US$ price list, at our published rates). They can only be used on Basium: they can't be refunded, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another account. Credits included with a plan refresh every 30 days and unused plan credits don't carry over; credits you buy as a top-up are valid for 12 months from purchase and are used after your plan credits.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which you will not be charged again. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
