Basium AI operates as a digital enterprise service. As such, we do not offer refunds for any subscriptions, credits, or add-ons once purchased. All sales are final.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which you will not be charged again. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
